Next to Live sessions, video sessions are also possiblle. This is done via a well-secured (AVG-proof) program from Therapieland or Zoom. In practice, it appears that sessions, even when EMDR is necessary, can be done very well via video calling without affecting the quality of the process. You do not need to have an account yourself, but you will receive a link via email for the session.
